Håfa Adai and Welcome!

Guam is a special place. We need leaders who understand and build upon that reality and protect it. We will develop and move forward, but we must do so in responsible ways, after all, we are the caretakers of our children and grandchildren's inheritance. We owe them a bright future.

We are also a community that has its own particular history, dynamics, and needs. I have studied, taught about, and carried out outreach concerning our island and region for decades. I have applied this knowledge in various leadership roles over the years and want to continue to fight for a better future for all of us.
